  • RESULTS:                Builds Confidence, Disipline, Respect and is and excellent form of self defense.  Develops warrior type reflexes while improving strength and stability. Focuses on a structured curriculum for international Black belt standards.

It is so important for today’s  children to be involved in physical activity.

Studies have shown that a child’s health and social skills are greatly improved by physical interaction, but when choosing a sport few can offer as many benefits of the Martial Arts.

 

Through discipline and hard work, children learn that nothing comes for free in this world.

In learning to defend oneself a child grows in confidence knowing no need to show acts of arrogance and uncertainty that lead so many into trouble.

 

With discipline and confidence it is easy for a child to respect others and most importantly themselves.

Lifestyle Martial Arts dedicates a great deal of its time in teaching children these positive aspects of the martial arts.

The little Dragons program is designed for Children 4 – 6yrs of age and concentrates on interaction, strength building and foundation skills of the martial arts.

 

The Kung Fu for Kids program is for children 7 – 12yrs of age and also promotes strength and fitness training, Kung Fu forms techniques and weaponry and grades children up to junior Black Belt level.
