Increased levels of fitness. Tones and shapes key muscle groups. Develops co-ordination and agility of a martial arts warrior. Develops real life self defense skills. Improves posture, core strength and stability.
Mon-Tues-Thurs 7.15 - 8.15pm for everyone.
